For all online orders, refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery time; no refunds will be provided for orders canceled within this timeframe. In the event of a damaged or significantly defective product upon delivery, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or a full refund with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for items based solely on taste preference or minor aesthetic variations.".
